Senior Traders all ready have extensive day trading experience under their belt.  They’ve shown consistent profitability, and possess superior risk management skills.  Prospective Sr. Traders are groomed for leadership and Executive Partner positions.  Besides managing their daily trading activities, Prospective Sr. Traders are expected to mentor Associate Traders, to pass on the valuable skills they have already acquired.

To Qualify

• Minimum 1 Year Day Trading Experience
• Profitable at least 8 of the Last 12 Months
• 6 Consecutive Months of Profitable Trading Activity
• Strong Desire to Promote into Leadership/Management Roles
• Willingness to Mentor Associate Traders
